🏁Creative momentum in 30 days: A check-in drives accountability and means you’re more likely to make progress on your goals. We’ll also be available for feedback + async check-ins, voice notes + inspo shares.

Pricing: $2,495/mo for 6 months
The benefit: As your creative advocate and multiplier, we’ll help you see through the fog of leadership so you can assess your team’s skills, coach your people into the right seats, and finally improve the performance of your department without it taking over your entire week.
🏁Creative engine audit: We’ll look at your current team structure and skill sets to identify who is in the right seat and who needs a lift. We’ll air out the frustrations, simplify your best ideas, and create a plan to get the creative engine humming.
🏁 Hands-on team coaching: This isn’t a doc and a goodbye: We’ll use actionable tools and curiosity-based coaching to help your employees level up their performance week-to-week. As the "creative peer" they sometimes hear feedback from, you don't always have to be the heavy.
🏁Async creative multiplier: You don’t need more meetings. We’ll use async channels for voice notes, quick feedback, and "gut checks" on strategy. I’m available for the "is this too weird??" moments and the "how do I say this?" challenges.
🏁Monthly 1-on-1 review: A dedicated space to focus on your leadership. We’ll review team progress, look at the portfolio of work being produced, and ensure you are spending your energy where it matters most. We’ll also just listen when you need to talk.
